Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order including delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make your payment to complete your order.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Payment terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The currency of payment on the Site is the euro. You can pay for your purchase by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS: <a href=\"https:\/\/makecommerce.lv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">makecommerce.lv<\/a>, Maksekeskus AS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Latvian internet banking payments Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;<\/li>\n<li>Visa\/Mastercard payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Confirm your order using the online banking payment method and click on the \u201cBack to merchant\u201d button.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data necessary for making payments is transferred to a licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n<p>The Contract shall become effective upon successful payment to the online shop\u2019s bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Delivery terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Goods are delivered in the territory of Latvia. Purchased goods are delivered via courier Omniva. All duties and taxes payable in order to receive the parcel at the delivery destination shall be borne by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The delivery of the purchased goods depends on the customer\u2019s location. We deliver within Latvia in 2-10 days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to dispatch goods up to 45 calendar days after informing the customer.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have a mandatory right of withdrawal, in which case the reason must be clearly stated and explained). The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.<\/p>\n<p>In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods must be used only for the purposes for which they were intended and the consumer is responsible for ensuring that the quality and safety of the goods are maintained during the period in which the right of withdrawal is exercised. If the goods are inappropriately used or damaged, if the goods are handled carelessly during use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if the packaging is substantially damaged, the online shop has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded according to the depreciated value of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptac.gov.lv\/lv\/atteikuma-veidlapa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.ptac.gov.lv\/lv\/atteikuma-veidlapa<\/a>, by email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@lbfonds.lv\">info@lbfonds.lv<\/a> within 14 days of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the cancellation form to the online shop. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer on the basis of the Distance Contract.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller shall be entitled to withhold payment until it has received from the Buyer the Goods or proof of return. If the buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered by the online shop, the online shop is not obliged to compensate the excess shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>The Online Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations or for any other failure to perform caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Refund and return policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>The returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were received, with the original packaging and labelling.<\/p>\n<p>The returned item must not be used, damaged or not in its original condition.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer is responsible for the return costs if the reason for the return is not a damaged or non-descript item upon receiving.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer returns the product, the foundation will issue a full refund in accordance with the above return policy.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are made to the buyer\u2019s bank account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.<\/p>\n<p>The refund for returned goods does not include shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>If the returned goods are received damaged or in the wrong condition, the foundation reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund or refuse the refund altogether.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation has the right to change the return and refund conditions without prior notice, but these changes must be published on the foundation\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>The return and refund policy does not apply to products that have been specially ordered or individually customized for the buyer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Consumer rights for goods not in conformity with the contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Online Shop shall be liable for any non-conformity of the goods sold to the Customer with the terms of the contract or for any defect arising within 6 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer, or existing at the time of delivery, provided that such presumption is not contrary to the nature of the goods or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity immediately, within 2 months of discovering it, i.e. lodge a complaint. The customer can lodge a complaint by contacting the online shop at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@lbfonds.lv\">info@lbfonds.lv<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Online Shop shall not be liable for any defects arising after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the goods purchased are defective for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer shall have the right to have the defective goods repaired or exchanged for new goods free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall return to the Buyer all payments due under the Distance Contract. The trader shall reply to the consumer\u2019s complaint in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Processing of the Buyer\u2019s personal data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The online shop only processes the personal data that the customer has entered when ordering the goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The online shop transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>If you have expressly consented to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when you signed up for marketing communications. The Customer has the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@lbfonds.lv\">info@lbfonds.lv<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer by means of mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
